The Ultra / Ultra 5 6P2402-X built by Cavco Emlenton is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom multi-section home with 2,579 square feet on a 60-foot frame. Despite sharing the same 60-foot length and 31-foot width as the Ultra 6, the Ultra 5 packs in over 700 additional square feet and a third full bathroom, making it the most space-efficient home in the Ultra lineup. The extra bathroom serves the secondary bedrooms independently of the primary suite, useful for larger households. Buyers comparing the two 60-foot Ultra models get a clear choice between the leaner Ultra 6 and the fuller-featured Ultra 5.
