The Ultra / Ultra 6 2P2401-X built by Cavco Emlenton is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom multi-section home with 1,827 square feet on a 60-foot frame. It shares its 60-foot length and 31-foot width with the Ultra 5, but with one fewer bathroom and roughly 750 fewer square feet, giving it a more modest footprint within the same series. The living area sits between the kitchen and the bedroom wing, keeping day-to-day traffic away from the sleeping quarters. For buyers who don’t need the Ultra 5’s extra bath, the Ultra 6 offers the same overall dimensions at a leaner scale.
