Gary’s “Tiny House of the Week” 10-30-22 – with video

Every week Peg and I eat breakfast at our favorite restaurant and we get the same young waitress we’ve had since the day she started working there 11 years ago. This week she informed us she wants her own home and is looking for a tiny house.

I told her to visit my website to get the good, the bad, and the ugly facts about living small. That’s when she said a lot of friends are also looking for tiny houses. Armed with that information, I would like to showcase this tiny house built in Indiana.

Tiny Cocoons is based in Indiana, U.S., and specializes in designing and building energy-efficient and environmentally friendly tiny homes with five available designs to choose from.

This 28’ x 8’6” tiny house is designed with comfort in mind and, according to the manufacturer, is its most popular model. Some of its key features are the master bedroom, the two additional lofts, the generous storage space, and the large custom windows and glass doors.
