Manufactured Homes Have Amazing Kitchens

One of the stumbling blocks of designing a home is allowing the buyer to help design their kitchen layout with all the options they want. Custom on-site and modular builders can spend hours if not days and weeks working on kitchen designs with their customers.

I personally worked with a young couple that wanted a ‘firehouse’ kitchen and I had no idea what it was. After quite some time listening to them, it turned out they wanted all-white cabinets and appliances, special high-gloss bright red walls, and a floor of black and white 8″ square ceramic tiles. They also wanted a fireman’s pole added from floor to ceiling. Not sure if the purpose changed later but it was all chrome!

So how do housing manufacturers solve this problem? If you are a modular home builder and building a custom home, the factory will usually push all that design unto you.

But if you are a manufactured home (HUD) dealer, your factory probably has some of the most beautiful kitchens new home buyers have ever seen in stock floor plans. This becomes your WOW! factor in selling a manufactured home.

Here is a selection of some of the standard kitchens and baths that can be found in manufactured homes. I hope you like them as much as I do.

Standard Manufactured Home bathrooms are also some of the most amazing you will find today.
