Modcoach’s “Tiny Home of the Month” – June, 2023

I love most of the unique designs I see in the tiny house industry and I especially like this one.

For a lot of people, tiny houses bring to mind very small and simple dwellings. However, they can also be surprisingly luxurious, as evidenced by the new CC 31′ x 10′ tiny house by MitchCraft Tiny Homes.

The cost of the CC 31′ x 10′ tiny house is $210,000 or as we all like to know, that’s only $678 a square foot!

This tiny house is a little wider than the usual 8.5-foot tiny house, which means you’ll need a permit to tow it on the road. But the extra width makes a big difference inside, giving you more space to spread out.

The interior of the CC 31′ x 10′ is centered around a light-filled kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven with four-burner propane stove, a dishwasher, and plenty of cabinetry and storage space. There are also skylights in the kitchen, which let in plenty of natural light.

The living room is located next to the kitchen and is also quite spacious. It features an L-shaped seating area with additional storage space beneath and next to the seating. A mini-split air-conditioning system keeps the area at a comfortable temperature, and there are ceiling fans for added ventilation.

On the other side of the kitchen is a hallway with more storage space and access to the bathroom. The bathroom has a horse trough-style soaker bathtub and shower, vanity sink, and flushing toilet.

The only bedroom in the CC 31′ x 10′ is accessed via a storage-integrated staircase. The bedroom has a large closet with plenty of headroom, a washing machine and dryer, and a double bed. The ceiling in the bedroom is slightly lower than the rest of the house, but this is typical of tiny houses.

The CC 31′ x 10′ tiny house is a great option for those who want the convenience and affordability of a tiny house with the luxury of a larger home. It’s perfect for couples or small families who want to downsize their living space without sacrificing comfort or style.

This may seem like a lot of money for a tiny house, but it’s important to remember that this house is built with high-quality materials and features all the amenities you would expect in a larger home.
