C & G Mobile Homes was established in Lake City, FL, in 1985. We are Florida’s top ranked discount seller of manufactured (mobile homes) and modular homes, with over 60 years of experience, and after selling generation upon generation of homes to families just like yours, you can be confident that your purchasing experience with our company will be pleasant, informative, but most importantly save you money. We are not a large corporation, we are locally owned and operated, and therefore we do not have the high overhead that requires bigger profits. We still to this day follow the business model that C&G founder Mike Collins built this company on, were not trying to be the biggest, we strive to be the best.
