Clearwater Homes is a family owned business that was started in 1960. Owned and operated by Larry and Christy Skinner, we not only sell manufactured homes, but we also transport, and set up the homes as well. Ground preparation, pouring concrete foundations, delivery, set up and the service work that follows; we do it all. Let us make buying a new home a great experience.
