Tennessee Happy Homes is a family owned and operated independent manufactured home retailer in Lawrenceburg, TN. We got into the business to put families into beautiful homes at prices that they can afford. Our team can handle everything you need from start to finish to get you into your Happy Home. That includes financing, property work, septic systems and wells, utility connections, foundation work, decks, driveways and landscaping. We will even work with you to improve your credit score in order to obtain financing.
