STEEL HORIZONS to Hold Next Event in Boston

Hosted by my friend, Dave Cooper, this event features speakers representing a range of leading-edge construction disciplines. It will provide guests with perspectives on the evolution of the industry in the USA and beyond.

After a highly successful UK launch, Howick is bringing its STEEL HORIZONS construction industry showcase to Boston,  MA, USA, for 2023. Taking place Thursday, 22 June, at the Autodesk Technology Center, Boston, this is a unique event that seeks to unpack the future of construction for leaders in the offsite and modular building sectors.

The cast of speakers includes notable innovators, thought leaders, and specialists representing a range of construction disciplines. They share the common thread of leading-edge experience with aspects of smarter, more efficient, and sustainable ways of building. Their perspectives will provide guests with an enlightening overview of the technological evolution currently underway in the sector in the USA and beyond.

Following an insightful morning of presentations, guests will enjoy a tour of the Autodesk facility with its innovation zones, including the opportunity to see the latest tools and technology in action.

As a long-term collaboration partner with Autodesk, Howick can reveal that the tour will include a live demonstration of the Howick X-TENDATM 3600, now resident at the Technology Center. This system manufactures game-changing telescopic light steel framing components for interiors that are extendable in any direction, dramatically cutting the time it takes to install internal walls and ceiling frames.

Lunch and refreshments will follow the tour, giving guests the opportunity to meet the presenters and network with industry peers.

Those interested in attending can access a full overview of the event program and register their interest in attending by visiting the STEEL HORIZONS | BOSTON website at steelhorizons.com. Those not able to attend in person can register to receive access to the presentations after the conclusion of the event.
