MD Contractor Charged With Felony After Leaving Couple Without Roof

You just think that this just couldn’t happen today with all the checks and balances found in the remodeling inspection systems in place. Imagine my surprise when I opened my email and found a remodeler from my town was arrested on a felony warrant.

A couple hired Anthony Barrera, a contractor out of Hagerstown, Md.

7News investigation revealed he left the couple without a roof and walked away with more than $40,000. Barrera has now been charged with a felony.
