New Canadian Mega Offsite Modular Factory Slated to Open in 2024

A Canadian company is working to bring scalable advanced robotic AI construction solutions to Canada. They are preparing to build residential and commercial buildings that are more affordable, energy-efficient, higher quality, and built in dramatically less time.

Nubuild’s first advanced, large-scale Super Factory is to be located in the National Capital Region of Canada. The factory will combine technologies and processes from Europe’s top manufacturers into a 660,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility.

The company’s mission is to transform the construction industry by making it more efficient, sustainable, and affordable. They believe that by using advanced robotic AI construction solutions, they can build better homes faster and for less money.

Nubuild is currently working on a number of projects, including a net-zero energy community in Ottawa, a modular school in Toronto, and a mixed-use development in Calgary. They are also working with a number of government agencies and industry partners to develop new policies and regulations that will support the adoption of advanced construction technologies.

When completed, this factory would be one of North America’s largest offsite construction factories.
