Modcoach’s “Tiny House of the Month” – April 2023

I’m fascinated by how tiny house manufacturers can get so many unique features into such a small space. This month’s tiny house is one such home that made me think I could possibly live in one for the long haul.

Wind River Tiny Homes‘ new Ocoee tiny house is 30 feet long and sleeps up to four people. It has an extra-wide interior, but instead of a large kitchen, it has an airy and light-filled living room

The Ocoee tiny house is a modern, comfortable home that can be towed to your desired location. It is 30 feet long and 10 feet wide, making it a bit larger than the average tiny house. This extra width gives the Ocoee a more spacious feel, with plenty of room for living, sleeping, and cooking.

The living room of the Ocoee is bright and airy, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. There is a comfortable sofa, as well as a dining table that can seat four people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. There is also a washer and dryer, so you can do your laundry on the go.

The Ocoee has two bedrooms, both of which are located in lofts. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage space, and they both have lowered standing platforms that allow you to get dressed comfortably.

This tiny home is built with high-quality materials, and it comes with closed-cell spray foam insulation. This insulation helps to keep the house warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The Ocoee also has a high level of airtightness, which helps to reduce energy costs.

The Ocoee tiny house is a great option for people who want a small, comfortable home that they can tow to their desired location. It is well-built and energy-efficient, and it comes with plenty of features. If you are looking for a tiny house that is both stylish and functional, the Ocoee is a great choice.
